This blog has certain unique categories meant for certain users.
- The IT Service Desk: This category is meant for the everyday IT people who often face unprecedented issues while computing. I came up with this concept while working with a MNC which had implemented a centralised IT help-desk to deal with all IT issues across their operation centres globally. The category narrates the conversations between random callers and the service desk. As of now, the IT Service Desk Category has some ficitional characters that you may easily identify – JOSIE MARAN (remember the pretty girl in NFS Most Wanted saying “Hi! I am Josie Maran and I play Mia in Need For Speed Most Wanted”.) and another Sophie Neveu – the female character from Da Vinci Code.
- 5 minute reads: The posts in this category are meant for people want to about new concepts but do not want to get into the depth of it. The posts will get one acquainted with information on the topic just enough to comprehend the presentation. I will also try to post links for further reading if a topic invokes interest in a reader.
